I found navigating the website very easy. My parcel came incredibly fast and very well packaged. I will definitely shop there again I’ve even been in store since purchasing online as I’ve been very happy with this company and their products.

Ordered some socks and they arrived with a security tag on so have been unable to wear them. Advised customer services on Twitter, no response. Spoke on Facebook and they have advised for the past 2 weeks they will be in contact via email and still had nothing!UpdateStill waiting for a response to my email...

NO OPTION TOLEAVE 0 STARS absolutely terrible company paid extra for express delivery and have been waiting a week to now be told it’s still in the warehouse awaiting pick up?!!! I ordered it for a present who’s birthday is tomorrow. I will be sending it back as soon as I receive it absolutely bloody ridiculous company.

Poor customer service paid express delivery for item never turned up had to email them to find out where it was told me carrier had lost them so send me another pair out never received them had to email again to find out where they were they not been dispatched sent me another pair out order was cancelled no reason had to email again then finally received them very poor communication

Very well laid out and easy to view the products.

I ordered a pair of shorts from this shop, they charged me £89 for them, the shorts came & they was tagged up at £75 clearly over charged me, trying to get the difference back as been a nightmare id be careful when ordering anything from here because the after sales is horrendous...... apparently all I need to do is email sounds dead easy 15 days of trying and getting passed around

Returned a coat which Tessuti confirmed they received back on 8th March 2021. It’s now 30 March 2021 and despite numerous messages sent about the delayed refund, I am still waiting to be reimbursed £130. Apparently, it’s with the Finance Department waiting to be actioned!
